Steven G. Friedman is a partner in the firm. Mr. Friedman concentrates his practice among areas of acquisition, sale, financing, development and leasing of real property. He received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor degree with honors from George Washington University Law School. He came to Grossberg, Yochelson, Fox & Beyda in 1974. Mr. Friedman advises numerous individuals and real estate companies on contractual, business and management issues, and he also advises numerous individuals and families in the area of estate planning and business planning.
