Richard F. Levin is a partner of the firm. Mr. Levin concentrates his practice among areas of acquisition, sale, financing and leasing of real property. He received a Bachelor of Science degree with high distinction from Pennsylvania State University and a Juris Doctor degree with honors from the George Washington University Law School. Mr. Levin started at Grossberg, Yochelson, Fox & Beyda as a law clerk while a first-year law student, and has been with the firm ever since. Mr. Levin advises numerous individuals and real estate companies on contractual, business and management issues, and has lectured periodically on various real estate related topics.
