C. Richard Beyda is a senior partner of the firm. Mr. Beyda concentrates his practice among areas of acquisition, sale, financing and leasing of real property and other commercial matters in the Washington, D. C. metropolitan area and across the United States. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from George Washington University and a Juris Doctor degree from the George Washington University Law School. Mr. Beyda is also a certified public accountant. He has been with Grossberg, Yochelson, Fox & Beyda since graduation from law school in 1962. Mr. Beyda advises individuals on contractual, business and management issues, and has lectured on various real estate related topics from time to time over the years.
